Our range includes a 30-year-old from a mystery Islay distillery bottled by Signatory Vintage, with gentle sweet smoke, baked apples and chocolate limes on the palate, along with a 2016-vintage Kornog French single malt selected by our co-founder for its pronounced fruitiness and old-fashioned peat character reminiscent of peated Chichibu.
