The distillery sits directly atop a natural aquifer in Lawrenceburg, Indiana which gives its whiskeys their inimitable character – unlike water from the nearby Ohio river and other sources, this aquifer provides water with naturally lower levels of iron and sulfur which naturally allow the whiskeys’ spicy notes to shine.
