Our latest single cask exclusive comes from Isle of Raasay Distillery. Matured in an Ex Pedro Ximenez Jerez Sherry Quarter Cask which has produced a total of 167 bottled, exclusive to us. Tasting notes: Lightly peated balanced with peppery spicy, sweet fruit and nut flavours.
