This UK-exclusive Danish rye whisky has just arrived from Stauning. A complex and tasty dram matured in virgin American-oak and finished in a combination of first-fill Marsala, Gewürtztraminer and Ramandolo casks.
A limited-edition Danish rye whisky from Stauning that was initially matured in virgin American oak, before being finished in a combination of first-fill Marsala, Gewürtztraminer and Ramandolo casks. Aromas of orange zest, lemon, raspberry, strawberry and apple fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, caramel, malt and peppery rye throughout the palate.
