This unique, stunning malt was aged for 4 years in a First-Fill Bourbon Cask and charmed us with its sweetness and complexity.

It was bottled at natural cask strength of 63.5% with no chill filtration and no artificial colouring.

NOSE: Caramel, sweet red apples and vanilla.
PALATE: Butterscotch, custard cream and orchard fruits.
FINISH: Soft & silky, creamy texture and mouthfeel.

Lindores Distillery was built on the sight of Lindores Abbey, which was a witness to many important historical events, but most importantly this is where the first ever documented whisky distillation took place. Over 500 years ago King James IV ordered Brother John Cor to distil “Aqua Vitae” – the water of life.
