Crafted from fresh and refill sherry butts from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin, Spain – founder Anthony Wills specially selected these casks for their ‘rich fruity character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours’. The 2002 annual release of Loch Gorm from Kilchoman distillery, Islay, crafted from fresh and refill sherry butts from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin, Spain. Founder Anthony Wills specially selected these cask for the latest Loch Release, ‘Rich fruity character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours’.
