Matured in delicious Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 52.5% abv. Delectably sweet! This sherry bomb from our friends at Tobermory underwent a 24-year maturation which includes a finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 52.5% abv.
HAMISH SAYS
Nose: rich, nutty, white sugar.
Palate: hard boiled sweets, almonds, dates, Christmas cake.
Finish: surprisingly bitter.
