French Oak ex-White Wine TD0104

Cask Details
While everything we produce is rare by virtue of our focus on single cask whisky and scale, some releases are rarer than others. This is only our second French Oak ex-White Wine Cask Variations release.
TD0104 was matured for over 15 years in a 225L French oak barrique that was previously used to produce Australian white wine, and yielded a mere 290 bottles. The white wine cask has lent the whisky notes of spice and citrus, culminating in a deliciously layered whisky.
The ballot for TD0104 opens at 10am on Wednesday 23rd of March, for 24 hours. Further details, with a link to enter the ballot, will be sent via email prior to the ballot opening.
