Mark Littler “The Truth About Sherry Casks” ~ Myth Busting Whisky News

A sherry cask is a cask that has been used to mature sherry first, and then used to mature whisky? After all that is the case for bourbon and wine casks.

In this video Mark Littler explains the history of sherry casks from their first use in the 19th century through to their current use in the industry.
