Our first ever pair of agave-cask-finished exclusive whiskies is here from Islay’s Kilchoman distillery. After being matured for eight years in a first-fill Bourbon barrel, each was then finished in an ex-tequila or ex-mezcal cask for a further seven months. These are rich drams with agave sweetness, earthy spices and Kilchoman’s wild, smoky character.
