It’s a year this week since the launch of our Certificate in Irish Whiskey.
Since then, over 600 candidates from 26 countries have participated in the eight-module online course written by Irish whiskey experts Fionnán O’Connor and Matt Healy.

To celebrate St Patrick’s Day, we’re making the entire module on Pot Still Spirit Production available for free, until midnight on Sunday 20 March.
