On Wednesday 17th November (6pm PST), Starward Founder, David Vitale, will be live-streaming via Instagram (@starwardwhisky). The virtual event will take viewers through a indepth exploration of the Australian distillery’s latest collaboration with Craft Whisky Club, four exclusive French oak casks, marrying French elegant savoir faire and Australian forward-thinking approach in whisky making. David Vitale will be joined by Craft Whisky Club’s founder David Nicol and industry expert Alasdair Day who is co-founder of leading Hebridean distillery Isle of Raasay.

Founded in Melbourne in 2017, Starward Distillery is known for its strong emphasis on sourcing local ingredients and using wine casks for maturation, as well as utilising the unique climate of Melbourne, and allowing whiskies to develop sophisticated flavour profiles.
