Our Bourbon Cask Single Malt is the fourth expression to join our Cask Collection – a family of very special expressions which was designed to show off the excellent quality of the highly-active casks which make up most of our wood programme.

Made with 100% locally grown Cotswold barley and created from select first-fill ex-Bourbon casks in which our rich and fruity single malt spirit has been patiently matured, this sweet and malty cask strength expression is a whisky for purists with classic Bourbon-matured notes of vanilla and honey.
