THE NORFOLK SINGLE GRAIN RYE WHISKY
This is a very rare whisky that has been sleeping at the distillery for nearly a decade. Only a few casks were ever made due to the technical difficulty of distilling a high percentage rye whisky. The effort was well worth it though as the whisky we have all been waiting for, turns out to be sublime! This is a great example of why Grain Whiskies should never be dismissed in favour of their more famous single malt cousins. A whisky we are proud of and one that should be in your drinks cupboard.

Tasting Notes: Beautifully rich and oily; slightly dry. Sweet and spicy with milk chocolate and orange citrus. A light herbal note of lemon thyme. Long dry finish.
