From an unnamed Orkney distillery.  It’s not Scapa.  Matured in refill sherry butts this is a lovely example of this Orcadian whisky from Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection. 15 Year Old 2006 vintage single malt Scotch whisky from a mystery distillery on Orkney. Matured in refill sherry butts#DRU17/A65 #3 bottled March 2021 by Signatory Vintage for Un-Chillfiltered series. Mystery single malt that don’t want to reveal their true identity. Rummage around and with a bit of investigation you are sure to find a rare unspecified bottling from independent bottler.
