This Edradour 12 Year Old Caledonian Selection is one of those hidden gems – a personal recommendation from Sukhinder to anyone looking for a festive whisky to sip, or to give as a gift.

Owned by Signatory Vintage, a company famous for its good taste in casks, Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries, producing whisky in small batches using traditional equipment and methods. Its distinctive, small pot stills contribute to the spirit’s characteristic richness.

Matured in a single sherry cask, Edradour 12 Year Old Caledonia Selection is a warming dram, bottled without chill-filtration and without added colouring. Soft and creamy, it is a dram rich with berries, dried fruit, citrus-sweetness and softly-spiced, Christmas-cake flavours. A great cold-weather whisky which Sukhinder is happy to give his seal of approval.
