“The one that got away”

It was a rainy evening, as Chiltern street’s rooftops were drummed by deep boom of thunder. The relentless water was driving people inside the shops to seek shelter. This was the evening when a clandestine man entered our shop and the call of mystery followed after him!

From his bag (that definitely was older than his convincing facial hair), the man grabbed a forgotten bottle of Caol Ila! This beauty was like the jewel of the depths, and I could almost hear the gnarly wood of an old boat in the seas! Rarely had I seen the spirit of the ocean’s storms inside a such a small glass object.
