The first impression…… A jolt of immense smoke and fiery peat, followed by soothing citrus, tropical fruits and brought out by the Caribbean rum casks. Is that marshmallow andbacon in there…..?

The full-on flavour….. Face down a fearlessly rich and peaty punch, thick oils and bracing sea spray, tempered with dried spices, banana and dark wood

The finale….. The safety of dry land is in sight. Notes of caramel and cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla, add a delicate contrast to the lingering smokiness
