This limited edition of our Cask Islay is fully matured in 1st-fill Kentucky bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength, to preserve the rich, full-bodied mouthfeel and intense, rounded flavours.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Dusky lemon.
Nose: Salted peanut, crab skewer, torched meringue and a bracing Islay breeze.
Palate: Smoked almond brittle, pink grapefruit and sweet maple.
Finish: Seared prawn and subtle balsamic cut effortlessly through the smoke.
Non-chill filtered & Natural Colour. Available in 700ml. Cask strength 58.6% Alc./Vol.
