One of only 102 bottles. Distilled at one of Scotland’s newest distilleries, and one of the very first independent releases of this spirit. Built on the land of the former Imperial Distillery, here are our tasting notes:

We’re definitely getting pear drops, and heather honey, but also apples and other fruits, the finish is still a candy shop flavour, with pepper, candied peel and fresh oak.
