Introducing the brand new Highland Park Twisted Tattoo, a 16 year old island single malt, distilled at the home of Highland Park – Orkney. This is the first time Highland Park has combined Spanish Rioja wine seasoned casks with first fill bourboncasks. The result is a soft rose tint, driven by the Rioja wine casks with the taste having sweet vanilla, bold and full bodied with light, aromatic peat. Twisted Tattoo is inspired by the distillery’s Norse ancestry and the Viking Legend of the Midgard Serpent which grew so large it twisted around the earth to bite its own tail.
