 The aroma entices with vanilla, fresh fruit and waxy honey. Meanwhile, palate surprises with spice and light smoke, as mouthwatering waves of cayenne, jalapeño, mesquite and black pepper give way to soothing vanilla and honey. Dilution makes this dram more easy sipping and plays up the vanilla, but doesn’t change the peppery profile overall. (KN)  (12/2017)
