It’s the season for gifting, so here is a collection of our best new releases for you to share with your loved ones (or yourself). All orders placed by Tuesday 11th December for delivery to major metro areas across Australia will be delivered before Christmas.
Our new release Double Cask, Batch DC099, is comprised of full size American and French oak casks, that range from 10 to 13 years old.

The Single Malt Whisky Trio Pack contains:
French Oak Single Cask – 1 x 200ml bottle
American Oak Single Cask – 1 x 200ml bottle
Double Cask – 1 x 200ml bottle
Each Single Malt Whisky is a classic example of our range. They have all been aged for a minimum of ten years in full sized French and American oak casks, and as always, they are non-chill filtered.
This is a great opportunity to try our award-winning styles along-side each other.
Special Cask 4th Edition
FRENCH OAK MUSCAT
Our 4th edition of Special Cask, cask TD0228, will be released this month.
This single cask whisky has aged for ten years and nine months in a 200L French Oak barrel that was previously used to mature Australian Muscat fortified wine.
This unique cask produced only 249 bottles at 50% ABV, and is the first ever example of a Muscat-cask aged whisky from Sullivans Cove.
