Octomore 9.3 Islay Barley
Octomore 9.3, a 2012 vintage Islay malt, created from 100% Islay Concerto barley, grown in 2011 at Octomore farm. Distilled at the Bruichladdich distillery – 133 PPM for 9.3, compared to 156 PPM for 9.1, and matured for 5 years in a combination of American whisky and French wine casks. Bottled in 2018 at a tame, 62.9% vol.
