The latest whisky in the Spirit of Freedom series, this expression is a blend of 62 different Scotch whiskies in recognition of the Scottish ballot in the UK’s EU membership referendum of June 23rd 2016, in which the people of Scotland voted by 62%-38% to stay in the EU. Sweet and fresh on the nose with minty undertones, becoming fruity with apricot, pear and banana. The palate is light and fruity with melon and raspberries washed with vanilla cream, before a moreish and buttery finish.
