Based in Sonoma County, Lost Republic Distillery produces true California Bourbon. Master Distiller Matthew Weese uses his extensive experience as a professional winemaker to create bourbon that focuses on subtle flavors and quality ingredients, a patient approach that results in delicious, award-winning bourbon. Each limited-edition bottling starts with locally grown grain and is traditionally copper-pot distilled before barrel aging.
