Highland Park Dark Origins

Celebrates Magnus Eunson, the founder of the distillery, this expression uses double the amount of first fill sherry casks normally found in Highland Park bottlings. Bitter chocolate on the nose with pears, over-ripe banana and a touch of cinnamon. The palate is rich with spices on a faintly peaty base, honey and red berries before chocolate-dipped dark fruits behind sweet smoke in the finish.
