PRIVATE BARREL UPDATE

Recent Arrival: Evan Williams TPS Single Barrel Serial #5007719 – We are so happy to have a private barrel from Heaven Hill once again. This barrel was chosen because overall, we think it’s just a damn good bourbon. Oak is very present and dominating on the nose, but subtleties of baking spice can be picked up in the background. On the palate, this bourbon is very well balanced. There is harmony in the baking spice, caramel, and fruit flavors all wrapped in a soft smooth texture with a nice chocolatey finish. At $26.99 it sips great right out of the bottle, but also makes a mean Manhattan.
