Mark Dermul, Belgian Whiskyblogger, tries another distillery only cask. Whenever you visit Auchentoshan, the Lowland distillery near Glasgow, you always have the opportunity to bottle your own from a cask in the warehouse. It makes for a nice souvenirs. Even more so when the cask is of exceptional quality – which it usually is. This most recent cask was a Bordeaux wine cask, filled in 2006. Quite young and yet full of flavor!
