We like what Mackmyra are doing over in their gravity distillery, and the Midnattssol is a perfect example of what we like. This single malt is matured in both ex-Bourbon and ex-sherry casks, plus time in casks that held a Swedish wine made from birch sap! Dramboree is the annual pilgrimage to Scotland, where a veritable horde of whisky lovers descend on distilleries and enjoy their spirited fruits!
