What have we got here? Another amazing Tomatin that’s what!! Enjoy.(5 stars for this dram)

Nose: Honey and spiced gingerbread. Becoming creamier with blood oranges, strawberries and vanilla pods. Taste: Runny toffee, blueberry muffins, then fig compote, star anise and growing zesty notes Finish: Slightly nutty with developing fruitiness, quince, pears and mango giving way to melted white chocolate.

Islay Islands & Campbeltown

AA Cad Le

Ledaig Distillery 1993 22y/o 54.3% 70cl Isle of Mull

A peaty whisky but this is for those who like a little less of the heavy tones of Islay or Longrow, This is one of those drams you can have with a meal, i had it with friends and some delightful indonesia food. (Who needs wine)

Nose: Treacle; initially quite meaty then becoming creamy and oilier. Quite grassy and floral. Taste: Dry creaminess with soft smoke. Tangerine and peach notes develop. More grassiness and hints of coconut. Finish: Drying medium length finish. Slightly flinty with salt and limoncello.
