The sherry cask that has matured this Yamazaki whisky was made from Spanish oak, in Spain, to Suntory’s exacting specifications. Rich, fruity aromas and an excellent balance of sweet and sour flavours. Raisins, dark chocolate and dried fruit lead to a pleasantly bitter and lingering finish.
