On the Isle of Jura, on the west coast of Scotland, boasts only one distillery with a rather obvious name: the Isle of Jura distillery. The locals, called Diuriachs, are vast outnumbered by the deer that roam the island. The distillery produces around 2 million litres of spirit per annum. Mark Dermul, Belgian whisky blogger, tries the Isle of Jura 16 Year Old, the duty free range offering from this distillery on the Isle of Jura.
