This Thursday we will host Winston Edwards from Balcones Distillery in Waco, Texas. We will taste the line of malt and blue corn whiskies. Bourbon – it is not. Good – It certainly is — Very Good. Professional and amateur critics alike, the world over, go so far as Excellent, Genius, and Cornographic. Will you find your new drink? We will taste four very different whiskies from their line and let you be the judge. Do let us know what you think! Winston will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. The micro distilleries have been popping up all over, come in and taste why. Bring a friend or co-worker and see why this is the hottest micro distillery!!!!!
