What an evening we have planned this December! Before you get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays, take a little time to enjoy some great single malts from that most prestigious of distilleries, The Macallan.
Chef Daniel Bruce has artfully crafted food pairings to go with the Macallans we’ll present in the opening reception and the subsequent three-course dinner. Mr. Whitfield will lead us through Macallan’s two lines: the Fine Oak Range featuring the 10- and 15– year olds; and their classic, sherry matured line featuring the 12- and 18- year olds. The evening will be capped by a taste of their exalted 25 year old.
We will have an engraver at the dinner, who will at no extra charge, hand engrave a message of up to five words on the bottle of your choice. These bottles are a great way to commemorate the occasion and also make superlative and personal gifts.
Hand engraving is a painstaking task. and the number of bottles that can be engraved is limited. We strongly suggest that you order the bottle(s) you want and send us their inscription(s) when you reserve.
