The Art of Japanese Whisky – A Tasting Seminar 14th May, 2012 – Japanese Whisky News

 

On May 14th, 2012 The Gohan Society and Suntory Whisky are presenting a seminar/tasting entitled ‘The Art of Japanese Whisky’.  The invitation is above. Master Distiller Hiroyoshi ‘Mike’ Miyamoto will discuss the processes involved and elements that comprise Japanese whisky.  Acclaimed chef Lee Anne Wong will create tasting dishes and discuss the pairing of Japanese whisky with food. Tastings will include the Yamazaki family of Japanese Single Malt whiskies as well as the newly available Hakushu Single Malt. This seminar is open to culinary and beverage professionals and media only.  All attendees will receive a gift from Suntory at the conclusion of the seminar.
