I’m sure you’re well aware that Jura is an island wrapped in superstition. The crofters build their haystacks in a clockwise direction, we never cut peat before the month of May and we also believe that good fortune comes by knocking on wood before drinking a dram. These are just a few of the many superstitions that make our island so wonderfully unique!
