Kilchoman Spring 2011 Release Wins IWSC ‘Gold Best in Class’ Award

Kilchoman Distillery is delighted to announce that the Spring 2011 Release has won the prestigious International Wine & Spirit Competition 2011 ‘Gold – Best in Class’ award in the non aged Islay single malt category.

The Spring release is 3 years of age and is a combination of 3 and 4 year single malt matured in bourbon barrels and then finished in oloroso sherry butts for 5 weeks prior to bottling.
