Mon nom est Yves Migneron, je vit au Quebec et suis passionné de single malt j’apprécie particulièrement le Lagavullin.
J’ai une formation hôtellière (maître d’hôtel), 22 ans de service et opéré un pub Ecossais avec specialité de single malt pendant 5 ans.
J’aimerais beaucoup travailler dans le domaine du whisky mais toutes mes démarches auprès des maisons d’importations au Québec n’ont pas porté fruit, auriez-vous des idées ou conseils je les apprécierais beaucoup.
