SCOTCH AND SHERRY

Join Martin Daraz, Edrington Group Brand Ambassador and native Scotsman, for a unique tasting of The Macallan and Highland Park whiskies, ranging in age from 12 to 30 years old, coupled with a blind tasting of other malts either aged or finished in sherry casks! In this tasting we will examine the use of sherry barrels in the scotch industry and what they mean to the flavor and texture of your favorite single malts. We will have copious amount of quality chocolate and mineral water to reinvigorate the palate too! $10 W/Binny’s Card / $15 non-members.
