Glenfiddich Pioneers Tasting Experience with Porter Airlines
Pre-Flight Experience Even More Refined
TORONTO – September 29, 2010 –Today, Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt, has renewed its partnership with Porter Airlines creating a unique pre-flight experience. Porter customers departing from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport can participate in a guided tasting of the Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, 15 Year Old and 18 Year Old single malts.
The pilot project launched earlier this year saw more than 1,100 Porter passengers participate in a tutored tasting of single malt Scotch.
Experienced malt specialists will lead travellers through the nuances and subtleties of tasting and understanding the often perplexing world of single malts.

The special whisky tastings will be offered to Porter flyers in the newly-opened Canadian departures lounge between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, until November 5, 2010.
