We get loads of samples from JAFIBs most of which fall on stony ground. The sample for this 33yo Glen Scotia from independent bottler A D Ratray impressed so much we ordered some stock but forgot to keep the sample for proper appraisal.
Which is a shame as we don’t have enough bottles to open one, but it is very dark and very (very) good, most inviting just by looking at it…
