Laphroaig 1999 – 10 Yrs Old (46% Vol)  $98.00  720 bottles

Nose: Medicinal and phenolic. Salty sea air and thick peat

Palate: Iodine and a little coal tar soap. Heavy peat smoke with sweet malt

Finish: Very long. Waves of smoke. Ashes of the peat fire.

Mortlach 1990  – Speyside – 18 Yrs Old (46% vol) Sherry   Butt Cask  $125.00  720 bottles

Nose: Light sherry notes. Dried fruits.

Palate: Sweet and juicy. Roasted nuts. Raisins. Fruity and spicy.

Finish: Well rounded. More spice sweet malt.
