We have used high quality paper for this reproduction.  Next week we will have accurate shipping costs for all countries and we will be able to advise the cost of (£99 + Shipping).   We will then send you instructions for payment (we didn’t take any advance subscriptions for this title.)   On receipt of your payment your copy of this rare and important work will be shipped to you by courier and, I am confident, you will treasure and enjoy it.
