Glenfarclas 10 Years Old
New packaging for Glenfarclas 10 Years Old Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky, which was initially launched in the Netherlands, is now being launched in the UK. The new design, whilst modern in style, is reaped in the company’s history. The striking red used for the gift tube is the same shade as the red ink used by the current Chairman’s grandfather to hand write Glenfarclas in the 1930s, writing from which the Glenfarclas logo originated.
George Grant, Director of Sales, and sixth generation of the owning family, commented, ‘Please be assured that what is in the bottle has not been changed; Glenfarclas 10 Years Old continues to be produced in a traditional Speyside manner with a heavy sherry influence, and I am sure my forefathers would agree that the new presentation pays tribute to the quality of the whisky’.
Ambassador’s Tour & Tasting
We are pleased to announce that on Fridays during the summer Glenfarclas will be offering an in depth distillery tour followed by a tasting of four expressions of Glenfarclas. The Ambassador’s Tour & Tasting will take place at 2PM every Friday in July and August, and is offered at £15 per person. On Sunday the 9th of August Glenfarclas will welcome the 33rd Historic Wheel’s Annual Rally. 200 vehicles from the early 1900s, to more modern classics are expected to visit the distillery between 9.30 and 11.00. Spectators are welcome.
