FRENCH OAK CASK TD0272

Cask TD0272 was aged in a 300 litre French oak ex-tawny cask for just over ten years. Bottled at 47.7% ABV, this cask produced only 211 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Liquorice, pure maple syrup, baked apples, dark chocolate, incense

Palate: Fresh pancakes, coffee, dark toffee and a hint of maple-smoked bacon

Finish: Finely gripping tannins with toasted coconut, ripe cherries, cloves, and a long final note of orange peel
